Where we deliver
We deliver across Greater London and the City of London. Our service covers the following postcode areas: E, EC, N, NW, SE, SW, W, WC, BR, CR, DA, EN, HA, IG, KT, RM, SM, TW, UB, WD.
If you’re on the edge of these areas or unsure, message us and we’ll confirm availability.
Delivery fee
A flat £10 delivery fee applies to every order across our service area. This covers one delivery attempt to your address at your chosen slot.
If we need to return because no one was available or ID wasn’t presented, a £10 re-delivery/aborted call-out fee applies (see Terms & Conditions).
On-demand deliveries (most orders)
We operate on demand for standard customer orders—no need to pick a slot. Place your order and we’ll provide an ETA. ETAs are estimates and may vary with traffic, weather, and local events.
Event bookings (time slots)
For events and private hire (e.g., parties, weddings, venues), we agree a specific arrival window/time slot in advance and coordinate setup and collection with you.
How it works
Provide your postcode and place an on-demand order (or contact us to schedule an event slot).
Pick your bundle and add-ons.
Pay the order costs in person or via online payment for event orders.
Our team delivers your order, gives a brief safety walkthrough, and you’re good to go.
Age verification (Challenge 25)
You must be 18+ to order. We operate Challenge 25 and require valid photo ID on delivery (passport, photocard driving licence, PASS card). If ID isn’t produced or an age check fails, we can’t hand over the order and a call-out/re-delivery fee applies.
Assembly only (no heat management)
We assemble your shisha and provide a short safety & usage briefing. We do not provide heat management or ongoing operation during your hire.
Safe use & locations
Use outdoors or in non-enclosed, well-ventilated areas only. Place equipment on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from flammables, children, and pets. Never leave coals unattended. For full details, see our Safety & Use Policy.
Access & waiting time
Please ensure we can park and access your property at the booked time. First 10 minutes are included, then £2 per 10 minutes waiting time may apply.
